Now Hiring: Lead Delivery Driver | $ Based on Experience | Full-Time | Early Start (5:00 AM)
On-site | Travel to Client Locations

Are you a dependable driver with leadership skills and a clean record? We’re looking for a Lead Delivery Driver to oversee delivery operations and lead teams at client sites.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive company vans to deliver materials safely and on time
  • Lead a team of warehouse/delivery associates with minimal supervision
  • Be the face of the company with our clients—professional, clear, and courteous
  • Use a smartphone to coordinate deliveries (device allowance included)
  • Support warehouse tasks when not driving
  • Maintain safety, accuracy, and clean workspaces

What You Need:

  • 2+ years clean driving record
  • Valid Driver’s License & pass a drug screen
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to lift 50–75 lbs, work long shifts, and start at 5:00 AM
  • No metal implants or electronic medical devices
  • Not currently or formerly employed by Amazon

Bonus Points:

  • Forklift certified (or willing to certify with us)
  • Experience in warehouse logistics or team leadership
